• Usage Data: Which job categories you view most often.

HireSkys uses Google APIs (specifically the Gmail/Calendar API) to allow employers to send interview invitations directly from their own email accounts and generate Google Meet/Calendar links.

We strictly comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only use the requested access to send interview scheduling emails on your behalf.
• We do not read, read, store, or sell any of your personal emails or calendar events.
• We do not share this data with any third-party tools or AI models.
• Your OAuth tokens are securely encrypted and stored in our database, strictly for the purpose of sending your approved interview templates.

We use Cookies to track the activity on our Service. You can instruct your browser to refuse all Cookies, but some parts (like Dark Mode) may not function properly.
